Fleming Moore, a performance artist, is an American actor, songwriter, and aspiring filmmaker from Summerville South Carolina. Later this year, he will appear alongside, Dean Cain, as Judge Sweeney in the feature film “Do Not Grow Weary”. When Fleming was born in 1961, Summerville, SC had a population less than 2500. It was truly a village full of characters. Everyone knew everyone. Children where free to ride bikes where they pleased, roam the woods, or to explore the water ways for wildlife and fossils. Drawing from these experiences, Fleming writes songs that tell stories, rooted in his southern heritage. Some are tragically funny, while others deadly serious. As a performance artist, he combines his talent as an actor, along with his gift for songwriting, resulting in an entertaining show of storytelling, song, and dance. In 2024, he will be producing and directing a documentary film, covering Summerville’s rich history from its conception until the Vietnam War.
